Candlelit Yoga w. Jennifer

Created for those who have never even stepped foot on a Yoga mat, much less into a Yoga Class, this series meets you where you are and introduces you to the basic principles of Yoga so that you can build a foundation to a regular practice and feel comfortable attending other Yoga classes in the future.

Develop and grow or deepen and explore your practice with the seasonal twist of celebrating the dark by letting in the grounding light of candles scattered through the studio. The warm glow will create a safe, supportive, compassionate, accessible space that’s free of judgement and for everyone -- at any age and stage of their journey -- to feel comfortable walking into, for the first time and every time.

This series will guide you on a journey of wellbeing through the elements of Yoga, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindfulness to unite and balance the body, mind, and spirit on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
